- Mandatory Digital Check-in: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a ChargeAutomation link to complete the digital check-in process. This link also contains all the information you'll need for your arrival, including access instructions, entry codes, and important details about your stay. Access to the apartment will only be granted after the check-in process has been completed. We recommend completing it in advance to avoid any delays.
- Guest Registration: For building security purposes, all guests are required to submit a photo of their government-issued ID or passport before arrival. You will also be asked to present the original physical document upon check-in for verification.
- Check-out Time: Check-out is strictly by 10:00 AM. Unauthorized late check-outs may incur an additional fee of up to 50% of the last night's rate.
- Pool: The swimming pool is open daily until 10:00 PM. Please note that glass containers or glass items are not permitted in the pool area in accordance with building regulations.
- Parking: Your reservation includes one (1) assigned parking space.
- Keys & Access Devices: A replacement fee will apply in the event of lost keys or access devices (token/key fob).
- Air Conditioning: To help prevent condensation inside the apartment, especially during rainy weather, we recommend keeping the windows closed while the air conditioning is running. Any damage resulting from failure to follow this recommendation may be charged through the booking platform.
- Pets: We are happy to welcome small pets, in accordance with the building's regulations. We kindly ask you to take good care of the apartment and common areas, keep your pet under control at all times, and clean up after them. Any damage or excessive cleaning required as a result of your pet's stay will be charged through the booking platform.
- Apartment Care: Please treat the apartment, furniture, and decorative items with the same care and respect you would in your own home. Thank you for helping us keep the property in excellent condition.
- Damages: Any damage caused to the apartment or the building's common areas will be handled and charged through the booking platform in accordance with the applicable policies. If any incident occurs during your stay, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible.

The apartment is professionally cleaned before your arrival and includes fresh bed linens and towels. Daily housekeeping and linen changes are not included during your stay, but additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee.
