Check-in and access
• Once the reservation is confirmed, guests will receive a secure link from Charge Automation to complete the required information before check-in.
• In Charge Automation, guests will be able to view the access instructions for the building and the apartment. We kindly ask you to complete this process so we can properly coordinate your access and avoid delays.
• Upon arrival, building security will verify the ID of the person who made the reservation before handing over the key and access token.
• If the person arriving does not match the reservation holder, please notify us in advance so we can inform the building and coordinate access properly.
Pool and common areas
• The pool is available until 10:00 PM.
• Glass items are not allowed in the pool area.
• Guests are not allowed to walk through the building or use the elevators while wearing swimwear or while wet.
Keys and access
• In case of loss of the key or access token, an additional replacement fee will apply.
Check-out
• Check-out must be completed at the agreed time. If late check-out occurs without prior authorization, a charge of up to 50% of the rate may apply.
Windows and air conditioning
• We recommend keeping the windows closed while the air conditioning is on and in case of possible rain. Any damage caused by condensation or water entering the apartment may result in additional charges.
Trash and waste
• Trash must be disposed of only in the designated waste rooms located from floor 1E to 6E.
• Please do not leave trash bags outside the unit or in the hallways, to avoid issues with odors or pests.
Parking
• One vehicle is allowed per reservation. The accommodation includes one parking space during the stay.
Guests will have access to the apartment and the building’s common areas during their stay.
Building access is provided with a key and access token. The building has 24-hour security at the entrance.
One parking space is included during the stay for guests arriving by car.
