Just a short walk from the center of Panama City, you will find the Metropolitan Natural Park. It covers 232 hectares and is the only wildlife reserve in the city. It is full of beauty. It is home to 227 species of birds, 45 species of mammals, 14 species of amphibians and 36 types of snakes. There are walking trails with beautiful views of the city.
A 20-minute drive from Panama City, birdwatchers can take a stroll along the Pipeline Trail. It passes through the heart of the Soberania National Park and you can observe the diversity of birds that abound in the area. The Pipeline Trail is home to more than 500 species and is internationally recognised as a world-class birding spot.
-The pool is open until 10 PM and glass is not allowed in the pool.
-In case of loss of key, an additional fee will be charged for its replacement.
-In case of a late check out without the consent of the host we may charge up to 50% of the last night ratae.
We recommend leaving the windows closed to avoid condensation in the air-conditioned flat. Also as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature will possibly incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle is allowed per booking, in the case of units A and B two vehicles may be allowed one behind the other.

A few meters away from the main avenue Balboa Do you like gastronomy as much as we do? Then this is your place! Panama is dedicated to satisfy your culinary and drinking needs. In an area of approximately 10 blocks you will find the highest concentration of bars and restaurants. You can find everything from local seafood restaurants to Asian fusion restaurants, fast food joints to closed door restaurants, secret bars to swanky lounges, live music venues and magnificent rooftop terraces.

We will provide you with a sparkling clean unit upon arrival, just remember that daily cleaning is not included. We can arrange with our staff to come and clean for an additional charge. We will do our best to accommodate you with an early check-in or late check-out, but in general, check-ins are at 3:00 pm and check-outs are at 10:00 am.
