-Wearing swimwear or being wet in the building after using the pool is not permitted.

-Late check-out without host consent may result in up to 50% charge of the last night's fee.
-We recommend keeping windows closed to prevent condensation in the air-conditioned apartment and as a precaution in case of rain. Any damage of this nature may incur an additional charge.
-One vehicle per reservation is permitted.

We will do our best to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs, but generally, check-ins are at 3:00 pm and check-outs are at 10:00 am.
